You didn't account for item overpay so your suggestion is way off. Current price seems to be in range with the solds you provided minus item overpay. Downvote.

You might want to check the original values of the hats before assuming he didn't include Overpay.

I'll do the first as an example:

DBD FFF 5.2+ Vivid Bonk 7.7+ logo hound 1.3 = 14.2 which after overpay is 12.8+17 keys = 13.7 Voila he already calculated Overpay

The ballcap is even easier to verify:

Scorching Ballcap is 15 buds+17 keys in items = 15.9 which is 14.4-14.5 after overpay. Very simple

anyway, slocumruls already explained it - explicitly factorising in the proof box would be redundant so the overpay values are there
