I wouldn't say a low tier (9-10keys) unusual would be a quicksale if it sold within a week =P

But it's not that low, and it sold for the same amount as one sold in 10 minutes, in 5 days. Idk.

Maybe it should be disregarded.

Edit: Problem I have is both low ends sold for straight pure relatively quickly, maybe it's best to try and uncover more sales?

Sorry, but am I missing something? DP burglerre + 1 buds is 2.6? That sale is an outlier - he paid 3.6 for a b/o of 3. This probably needs more digging into to figure out the appropriate range. Your range actually feels right. 2 flat would probably be too low.
