Both hats have outdated prices, so you don't have a strong high end. Remaining neutral for now.

2 weeks would not be considered "outdated", if they were 1-2 months I would agree with you.

Outdated PRICES, not sales. Those hats were last priced over 3 months ago.

A long time ago, I sold my miami tree for an eerie tree + kill-a-watt mullet + S.F. huntsman + S.F. ambassador. That deal lead to about 2 buds pure and an 8 bud unusual. Thank god I got out of new effects before this crashed.

342 ref / 8.22 per key = 41.6 keys + 10 = 51.6 keys / 19 per bud = 2.7 buds pure. Your basis for 3.5 is with outdated unusual prices, and you have 2 outliers below your range. I'd recommend 2.7-3 buds.
