      An earlier suggestion @ 1.33 flat was closed (possibly only due to the fact that he didn't suggest as a random craft hat), and I didn't want to be too controversial. So le range.

          polar sayed the range is ok, but to resggest as random craft hat instead of 1,33 so next time a change happens he just make a suggestion for the random craft hat instead of every single hat. Nevermind. Looks better than current range so you have my upvote.
