Well to begin with arcana is one of the (if not highest) tier effect you can probaly get on an unusual also the price on this hat is kinda shaky so i want this hat price to be set into firm ground pretty much why i priced this hat at this price is because all of the unusual hats of tf2 all the hats that contain arcana takes the cake my proof

these are the only 2 prooving hat with the arcana effect that actually has a price (that i know of) i think that it should this hat should finally have a good firm price
