Well I don't think the chloe person even wants to sell it because she's had offers of ~9 why did she take them if she was looking for ~8.8? Also she's not looking for 7, says she wants 8.1. Also the other trade, Fred bot has only had his trade up for a week.. Nobody comes along the first few days and pays your B/O. So, I'm not gonna down vote this because I have one, I'm gonna down vote it because your proof proves nothing to me.

The other sale mentioned above comes out close to 7 after overpay as well given the of swag price currently is a bit high.

I think a resuggestion at 7 flat would be fine
