There's a difference between 'selling quickly' and 'quicksell', I think this is the former :3

or 1.7 flat if you really care about b/o-s (personally i wouldn't use em)

1.7 flat is then backed by no sales at all, and it's really frowned upon to set a low-end using B/Os when you're dropping a price :/

From experience, high-end of a drop is absolutely fine, 1.9 flat is also not usuable.
