Couldn't find anymore sales, but the 13 can hold because for one, its the lower than the high end currently and the low value of the hat currently and two, I'm not raising a price, I'm lowering it down

Don't think that applies in unusuals. Besides, 13 is just an abitrary number. What about 14?

14 is too high and if people are selling at 13, why would others buy at 14? And it does apply for example: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53da5d5f4cd7b8d06f8b4568

Those are using sellers as a low end.
