steam community market doesnt count as evidence for the pan
it does, SCM can be used as evidence for pretty much all ks weps as it's the only reliable method to price them
either way, it shouldn't matter as it's not the lower nor higher end

if you checked all my past suggestions that involved killstreak items, I always use the community market as proof. anyway, as I already stated if that sale was invalid then neither ends would be affected
