A HOUWAR can't be clean. By definition they need to be gifted to change backpacks.
In the case of HOUWAR's the term 'clean' usually refers to a non-duped version.
Yeah....now we make distinctions between duped and gifted....You need to check out some hats in the top backpacks and see who really caused the duped issues of high tier hats.
Anyway, clean is clean. If you want a nonduped HOUWAR..say that.
I want a clean community sparkle item....Lulz on F2P logic.
