I don't think you can base your whole suggestion off 1 trade. He could be inactive, trade could be poorly bumped, brought down for 1 week, later taken up, giving the illusion of 1 week unsold.

trade owner bumped it a day ago, last online aprox. a day ago :/ been open for 2weeks
