I have bought this unusual from a friend at the price of about 5.3 buds, and he has bought it for 5 from tf2outpost.com

What did you exactly bought it for?

I bought it for a DBD Fed Fightin' Fedora, and a few keys. I couldn't find any other evidence other than my trade and the Outpost trade Trident got it from.
