why do you say the 4.9 bud sale is the outlier?

Sure, i was making a proof for a cloudy moon stahlhelm which was recently sold for knifestorm buccaneer's + g.fetti panama(1) + steaming hallmark + 5 pure which justifies the buccaneer's bicorne at quite a large amount higher than 6.3 buds if taken the outdated price of the stahl. Also, the offers here, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21639038 including sunbeams cowl and other offers are greater than 4.9 by quite a bit. However, maybe the range would be better at 6-6.3.

i think it would be better to leave it at 6.3 flat as the 6 pure on the classifieds could possibly be a quicksell since it's only been open for a short while?

Yes, he did imply it was quicksell value so i would agree then to just keeping it at 6.3 buds, there is one other priceable sale i found but it contained some halloween spells and seemed iffy

Duped beams cowl is ~5-5.5 (we have a mini for it in our duped hats thread). Any other offers higher than 5? If not, this will need a range. He seems to have been willing to take the cowl but it was traded for something else. Perhaps that suggests that 5 should be in the range.

One things for sure though, this shouldn't be a flat price.

Those sales you showed there are outliers. I've owned a duped beams cowl for a long time. It's no more than 5-5.5. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21552171#latest - finally sold it for ~5.5 after overpay here

I don't think this is a fair price. I actually bought it for more and sold it for way more than 6 buds, as you can see. and i have become offers that are ~16-17 for that stahlhelm, so i don't think the price is that outdated. but anyway, i guess i'll make a counterproof
