4.7*0.9= ~4.2 buds

4.2 + 4 = 8.2 buds

Sold for a Burning Flames Demoman's Fro, B/O of 6.5 buds

6.1*0.9= ~5.5 buds

Sold for Terror-Watt Anger and 28 keys pure, B/O of 6.5 buds

4.3*0.9= ~3.9 buds

3.9+1.5= 5.4 buds

Where do you get 5 from? I know there's a B/O of 5, but making a range of B/O's is a bit iffy.

No, its fine to use it like this. He has been trying to sell for 5 for over 7 days and counting. Avoiding that seller wouldn't make any sense.

It wouldn't make sense to go 5.4 - 5.5 when you have a seller below that price and can't sell for over a week.
