Gotcha, well you math is wrong too. You shouldn't apply overpay to pure keys.

Should be .9*12 + 2 buds = 12.8 which case you could round to 13 in this case. I would resuggest.

Overpay should be applied to the hat price before adding the keys. I get 12.8 which is probably still close enough though.
