How is this not that themed? It's a freaking umbrella with a raincloud over it. I would argue that its probably the second most themed hat in the game, after the aces hoc. Also, did you have an outpost / bp history link to go with the first sale?

Because you have only been on Steam for 3 years. Storms and an umbrella.....5 years ago we didn't have 3000 effects. Never considered it a theme but more of a "fitting" effect. Themed got thrown away way to much but there are any epic hats and effects that have been lost since F2P and the amount of unusuals that have been unboxed.

No need to be condescending because you think you've been around longer. Played on my brother's account way before the game became f2p, never cared much for "themes", never will.

LOL THEMED HATS

I own this hat, and spent 3 weeks trying to sell it for 2 pure with no luck, so I would tend to agree that the current price range is too high. However, the sales used to define the range in this suggestion are insufficient.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20116292 - This is sale #3, which sets the low end. It sold for pure and was completed in ~7 hours, so it definitely seems like a quicksell.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19797778 - This is sale #2, an offer made to a buyer looking for quicksells. It is the exact same hat from sale #3, and was flipped here within 24 hours for a small pure profit. Considering that, I think it's safe to call this sale a quicksell as well.

Sale #4 and your unusable sale were also completed within 24 hours, though they did not sell for pure. The trader involved in both trades seems to complete all his deals very quickly. I'm not sure how to interpret these two.

Lastly, in sale #1, overpay should not have been calculated on the Armored Authority, as the Hard Counter was offered. Furthermore, there is inadequate evidence that 1.5 buds were added. The seller clearly asks for "around 1.5 buds" on outpost, but only 20 new keys show up in their backpack. Sorting by time makes this clear.
