Your 9 key sale sold without a bump. Looks like a quicksale to me.

Well, they were not sold for pure and with 2 b/o at 9, It is hard to call it a quicksale/outlier. We have to keep in mind that this unusual is only worth 9-10 keys. It is easily affordable hence it is hard to determine a quicksale or not.

Besides that, the current seller at b/o 10 keys isn't exactly selling it quickly

Therefore, with these two points, i think 9-10 keys is justified.

Both sellers with 9 key B/Os sold nearly instantly, and that previously open trade was only open for a few hours, similar to how his more recently open trade has only been open for a day and hasn't been bumped for over 21 hours. 10 flat looks much better to me.

Well i disagree with 10 keys flat because of it being the common b/o. Most unusuals are valued slightly lower than the common b/o.

If you are referring to the person offering pink bill's + keys. He offered on this too http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21698447 . Offering on a gifted one with pink bills + 2 keys while Pink bills + 1 key on a clean one? Contradicting?

And also , he didn't exactly reject it. He just wanted more and the buyer had no interest in adding more.

He originally offered that on the gifted one as well, but then upped it. He obviously doesn't care that it's gifted. And rejecting an offer because you're looking for more is still rejecting an offer. The fact that it was on a gifted hat, if anything, should mean that's it worth more than 9.

Time is only one factor used to determine a quicksell. If a hat sells within 1-2 days for its b/o in pure, one should be suspicious. However, since time to sell varies greatly among the type of hats (old vs new effects, misc vs hats, high tier vs low tier), this is not a reliable way to identify a quicksell.

More important is how a sale relates to other sales. If a hat sells for less than commonly offered values in pure or unusuals or for less than common trade points, that is likely a quicksell

i think 9 keys is not far less than the common trade point. With 2 sellers with a b/o of 9 keys and another one with a b/o of 8 keys, i think this range is justified.

While I concur with your first statement, simply because a certain price is not far less than the most common trading point doesn't mean it's not an outlier. For some hats, a bud is the most common trading point, and even though 0.9 buds is both close and does occur, it's still a quicksell price.
