The Bill's Hat is painted white also. It's probably worth less than 7 keys, however, because of how hard Bill's are to sell nowadays, but valuing it at close to 6.5 would just round it back up to 7, so I'm just keeping it there.

15 / 19 = .789 rounded to .8 buds. 2.7 - .8 = 1.9 buds. In the case of a split, I usually round Unusual prices up, but I rounded the Towering Titanium down... because it's a summer effect, you know?
