So, the original range was 1-1.6, but polar beleived that was too wide, and that the 1.3 sale was rather quick. I kinda disagree on both points (1 week isn't really fast at all, and a .6 bud range isn't that large, imo.). However, the 1 Bud sale was rather fast (I believe it was a case of the guy offering the hat on a ton of trades, but I have no proof of that, so a quicksale it is), so 1.3-1.6
