Sales/sold is when the item, well, got sold. Sellers are people who are still selling the item. Also, quick sales is when someone puts up an item and the buyer will instantly buy it, reason behind it would be the buyer trying to resell the item at a higher price. You can tell which is a quick sale if you check how many people viewed the offers and how short the trade was when it closed.

Putting people's BP.tf profiles is not good proof (cause it takes time and effort scrolling through all their classifieds). Classifieds on BP.tf can be used as support but not sure as good proof by itself.

I thought if it was under a day it was considered a quick sale

The ones I've checked seems like they were sold/closed less than a day....well, two of them weren't bumped so it had the same date as when it was posted.

.33 seems like a quicksell given that most of your .33 links sold within a day or 2.

Hm. Maybe .33-.66? I dunno, these sold pretty fast.
