Mini with strange parts (1 bud) + S.F. Grenade (6 keys) + S.F. Ubersaw (5 keys) + 8 hats/miscs and a few normal stranges (6 keys) totalling 2 buds + 17 keys or 2.9 buds
Please do the research before you assume what someone posts is the truth. Nothing against Blatch but it was out write incorrect.

your 2.9 comes from a trade with a different effect, plus u didnt account for overpay on it.
Well, I did make it a flat range, and the Knifestorm Bombing Run sale was never meant to have "set it". I knew it was outdated and used it as a way to support the range, unknowing that it was wrong. Also, your high end uses a sold with a different effect.
Though I appreciate the counter, I'm going to have to downvote this.
Due to the lack of these being traded after becoming a misc I think its very valid I paid 2.9 for a TerrorWatt then I traded that 2.9 bud unusual for the KillaWatt Pencil. Also the exact same offer I tried to give to the guy with the KillaWatt Pencil and he declined the 2.9 bud offer http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21174854 I wrote that in the comment. The TerrorWatt Pencil price has never been updated so I gave justification behind the pricing.
You cannot assume that a TW pusher = KAW pusher. Also, all prices on this site are prices for hats in pure. Sales for items and unusuals require a 10% factor of overpay. Your purchase comes out to ~2.7 after overpay for the TW pusher.
