First Sale:
I sold a DBD Cowl for it, and he added ~.2 in items but he offered me the rack so no overpay accounted

You can't just take the first sale and call it an outlier and then price it at the higher amount without any justification. Outlier compared to what? Outliers only make sense when you have a larger group of comparisons, doesn't work with 2 sales.
