Reopen! Thx 3v1lcl0n3 for your feedback!
Sale 1
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21655394 - Traded for Steaming Tough Guy's Toque + 1 key (Outlier because if I use this sale, I will create a price circle without end)
Sale 2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21238886 - Swap for Cloud 9 Noble Nickel Amassment of Hats (Outlier)
Sale 3
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21432536 - Sold for 15 keys (QS)
Sale 4
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21240481 - Sold for 18 keys
Feel free to counter / support my proofs.
There was LOADS of proof in the Toque suggestion, don't worry about the 'price circle' thing, the Hound Dog sale was not absolutely pivotal to the price of the Toque. The quicksell is the outlier, use that toque price :3
But I'm still worry since in the Toque suggestion, I based my low-end with the sale that involved Orbiting Fire Hound Dog (No other low-end proof). Even 3v1lcl0n3 told me not to use this sale :S
Maybe I should ask more pros about this then :P

Besides, he's got 12 accepted unusual suggestions, I have 328, I think my expertise outranks his XD
You win! xD
I don't understand it, why you don't use the first sale? It makes a range of 16.5-18 keys, how is that an outlier?
Because of this: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53e0fab84dd7b8544e8b4568
Both of my suggestions conflict with each other. It's better to leave it as outlier.
There's no way it can 'conflict with each other', if the price got updated, that's even better since you can use it's new price without problems.
He meant that the toque was updated based on this hat being 18 keys.
