Why call it an outlier when it is so near to 4 buds?

And also, 4 isn't exactly the most common b/o. It is just to solidify the low end.

I'd resuggest with 4 flat

Well can't really deny a sale that happened just 2 weeks ago.

The problem with having 4 flat is the person might have just changed his b/o very recently which may have made his b/o young. I would go with evidence of sales here. And changing the value by 0.1 buds seem redundant so no reason to resuggest.

It usualy takes a while for a new suggestion to be made. In this time the hat will probabaly sell for 4 but others might be able to sell it for 4.2 later.

I don't really see a problem here. I know Polar will though.^^
