Conclusion:

Most, if not all past sales have revolved around the ~1 bud range or so. Definitely the right price here.

the second sale seems to be unvalid, because there is no buds in his bp, and no unusual too, we can't really know if he sold it for 1 bud except if you have a screen :) But upvote, others proofs seems good :)
