To actually help your suggestion, I resold the Hound Dog for 16 keys, which fits right in your suggestion:

Not sure if this rule can be applied to Unusual pricing but as I see, we price stuff base on the most commonly trading price. For example: If we have 100 Tin Pots for sale on the market, it doesn't matter how fast they go (even in 1 second), as long as they are mostly traded for that price, we have to include it in the range.

In this case, sales happen in my range + 1 support proof from Potato, it's clearly seen that this price is better than current one.

I'm new to this kind of pricing so it's better to rely on their opinion to get better. This thing can't be easily learnt like normal hat pricing.

I bought this hat for a steaming toque which was 18 keys at that time and I added a key so 18+ 1 = 19

your sale is the controversal one :P
