i ended up by selling to mo0 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21567159 for a burning but gifted fed fighting fedora and 10 keys . this might be an outlier, since i found out that the the guy scammed the fff and made a pending steamrep report. not sure why he isn't yet banned, considering i have him reported on outpost aswell.
