why would 1.5 (milkman sale) be an outlier ?

Considering there are that many solds under 1.5 it is.

The milkman is almost outdated and also http://backpack.tf/vote/id/536556624dd7b8c6718b4615 the 1.5-1.8 suggestion was too high. b/o's for the milkman prove it should be 1.5 flat if not lower.
