most of the prices are outdated, dont know if it still works
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21400145# sold to me for a Peace Hazmattenhatten 3.5 - 4 buds, a Peace Nappers 1.9 buds, Peace Lucky Shot 2 - 2.3 buds = 7.4 - 8.2
The Napper's and Lucky are both outdated. You need to make minis for them and resuggest with a correct range, with updated prices. And you need to account overpay (with overpay (even with outdated prices) would make it 7, not 7.4).
adding on to what i love lamp said, you're supposed to use the middle range value, so it'd be 3.75+1.9+2.15 = 7.8

Thanks for the suggestion, but this does not meet the criteria of pricing based on one sale. If you still haven't sold it in one month, you are welcome to resuggest.
Out of curiosity polar, why is that rule in place for the very 1st sales of 1of1 hats? I mean are you trying to see if it was a quicksale/outlier or something? Being the very first sale of its kind and 1of1 wouldn't that not make a difference? I ask this cause I made a similar suggestion. Thanks
Back when we didn't have this rule in place, we frequently found that the first sale of an item would frequently be an outlier compared to the next 2-3 sales. Sometimes it was a hyped sale that was way too high. Sometimes it was extremely low made by an inexperienced trader. Either way, there were just so many outliers that we felt the need to enforce the two sale rule more stringently.
Any single sale can be an outlier.
alright I can see where you're coming from, but don't you think it would be nice to price it (very 1st sale of 1of1) just to let ppl know what it did sell for, and then update the outlier (if it was) after the next sale (I know it's exactly like waiting for 2 sales but just gives buyers the price to determine if it was an outlier or not)? I mean the person did buy it for that set amount and if they wanted it to be updated for their sake, shouldn't it be an exception (only the very first sale of 1of1)? Or is that just an annoyance for you mods?
It's not an annoyance at all. The problem is that it won't get updated in a month. People rarely update hats if they aren't listed as outdated (>3 months old). There are still, to this day, outdated third gen sales used when they were 1 of 1 hats that haven't been fixed. The first sale is still misleading.
Again, not trying to be unreasonable. Our rules do state that if this is still the only sale a month from now, it's fine to use price from 1 sale. Who knows, by then there might be a second unboxed or this might sell and we'll have more data. There should never be a need to rush into any suggestion. 1 month is hardly a long wait.
Unfortunately, outdated prices will not work for this. If you want, you can go update those prices first, thus allowing you to re-suggest this with current proof.
