.3 on http://steamcommunity.com/market/
.3 = ~3rr
I am starting to see a pattern that you are only upgrading items prices for the items that you have. You have no proof of items being sold at this price, you are going off of the fact .3 = 3rr when clearly 3 rares aren't being shown and finally one rare is not going to equal 3 rares.
1rr =//= 3rr
I priced over 200 items (random rares) that I didn't own. I've also priced over 1000 suggestions with items I do not own.
If you check SCM value you get a decent value of the item.
Then check here and see if you get anyone interested for 1rr - http://dota2lounge.com/result?rdef_index[]=6373&rquality[]=4
1rr can be valued at around 0.09$
All items with the quality "rare" can't have the same price since they are different. Which we can clearly see on SCM.
