Closed my last suggestion because I felt that the range was way too high.

felt that a 0.8 bud range from low to high price range is way too big.

0.8 bud is around 25% for a 3 bud hat.

a difference of 25% between the low and high range of a hat is the like the same as quicksale and normal price a burning effect.

made the range smaller to more accurately represent the hat's value
