I think the range is fine. Just two comments.

He was taking 219 keys as 14.6 buds, so the 22.5 was really closer to 26. Still an outlier though. And as for the buto sale, I don't really like using that to set the low ends since the buto suggestion was a conservative bump. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53d1cb9c4cd7b8e9138b4568 Doesn't really matter since this is close enough to 32-33.
