Apparently it's an outlier. Asked polar yesterday, said brand new hats usually are outliers for their very first sale. Offers on the trade was higher than the 16 originally paid.

yea, short bought it for 16, which I would say is a quicksale. Also, hatter's has no intention of selling it anytime soon so I figured I'd go ahead and price it for him. (his bp value is too low)
