About that Bubbling Billy, I do believe that 2 hats were traded before Outpost could receive information of old owners (Yes, that happens)

Glad I sold mine, though can't say that 17 is an outlier.

Sold it for ~17 Keys in mixed, everything except the minigun sold easily for pure.

Your second sale sold without a bump and looks like a quicksale to me.

But my third sale didn't sell without a bump.

Only because its B/O was originally a bud. I'd resuggest at 14 - 16.

Then again, we will use the "most commonly traded price" logic here.

More than one quicksale at a certain price point doesn't make it valid. And with another sale at 14, it looks like even more of an outlier. It's a downvote from me.
