I've had this hat for a while and had it on the market for 5 pure and have rejected plenty of 4 pure offer when this was priced at 5.5-5.8 buds. I've rejected countless 4.5-5 bud unusuals offers because I wasn't interested in the hats.
PROOF: http://i.imgur.com/Rl8CUyl.png - I rejected a Blizzard Executioner (4.8-5 buds) on July 23, 2014, just 2 weeks ago when the last price suggestion was made!
I could use the above offer to make a range of 3.5-4.5 buds.
As for "proof" of the previous price suggestion that was accepted, just look at the comments and tell me legitamately that the proof was substantial to devalue this hat by 50%: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53d138a64cd7b817178b4568 I totally agree the 5.5-5.8 suggestion had to go down, but not under these circumstances as detailed below:
The new price suggestion was based off a shady quicksale deal for 2.5 buds that another user suggested there seems more to that deal than the proof shows.
The second "proof" was the guy that just sold the hat for 3.5 pure within 2 weeks of owning it! He IMMEDIATELY made a price suggestion for a hat that he just sold. That's pretty messed up to sell a hat and then devalue it immediately for 1 bud less than he sold it for in pure for the guy buying the hat. Getting 3.5 buds PURE for a hat you had for 2-3 weeks is an extremely fast sale so having a low price of 2.5 is ridiculous.
NOBODY is selling this hat for less than 4 pure, not on outpost, not here.

Had I known that the value of an ALL-CLASS hat would drop by half when so many other class specific hats with lower tiered effects have the same value (tons of Aces and DP hats are valued around there), then I would have saved even more evidence to prove it wrong. I have older trade offers (>3 months) to show I've had better offers I've declined, well above 3.5 buds. I have a 2 week old offer in the 4.5-5 bud range as my proof that this hat is severely underpriced.
Better suggestion than previous, upvote (but man i would taken that blizz exe and run...).

I was the guy who bought it for 2.5 buds. Nothing shady in the deal at all I just assumed he was quick selling as he had plenty of hours and items. The Hustlers was a nice clean (I unboxed it) halloween painted Hallmark. It looks kinda themed and the only reason im sellin is that it doesnt fit in with my Polar pullover. Halvin the value is shady an all class themed unusual for me has to be a solid 4 buds
The 2.5 sale was also based on an outdated unusual(Blizz hallmark).
No actuall proof, only 1 sale (btw, mine) of 3.5 buds, which is already in range. Downvote. I feel sorry that you have this had, when i made suggestion. Outpost trade is no longer 5, but 3 buds.
Actually this is more crying over lost buds than suggestion, but come on, you have nice 3.5 proof, just find other sale and make a good proof, probably you can make it. + Why you don't take Exe? I would take it and run
You used two obvious quicksales to make a new price suggestion, selling a hat for 3.5 pure within 2 weeks and saying it takes forever? Making a new price suggestion thats 50% cheaper than a hat YOU JUST SOLD? Seriously? That's a scumbag thing to do.
I understand that you have wanted to make profit, etc, but sorry, your suggestion has no proof, bp.tf cant accept it, you have 1 normal sale as a proof, which is already in range. I felt kinda tricked with buying its hat, as it was totally overvalued, so I made suggestion, for people who don't like overvalued unusuals. I feel, that this ~3 buds price is perfectly good now.
+ Spotted it: You didn't reject Blizzardy Executioner! Look at the frame of it on trade offer, this trade offer wasnt rejected, it is clearly "Item unavailable for trade"

You got your proposal accepted with a quicksale price of 2.5 and you sold for pure within 2 weeks for 3.5. How do you not understand the "proof" you suggested are quicksale prices? 3.5 in 2 weeks is a very fast sale, or you must be new to unusuals considering you said it "took forever." I have 8 hats right now that are WELL below bp.tf price that I have'n' sold in months.
You sound like you were bitter that you valued it at 5.5 and then freaked out that you couldn't get pure for it, so you dropped the price more and more til it sold immediately. That's the definition of quickselling. I'm not askign to change the 3.5, if you panic and sell for that low, that's your problem, but having a 2.5 bottom price is simply ridiculous, considering Party Phantoms with the same effect for for at least 3-3.5 easily and it's not even an all class hat and more of them exist.
The Blizzard Executioner is no longer for trade because when I posted the proof it was already 2 weeks old. I declined the trade and he sold it since then. I can prove that as well.
He's selling for 3 now because you screwed him over by making such a low range of 2.5 buds which should have never been accepted. The price suggestions state you cannot base new suggestions off of quicksales, which you obviously did, so the 2.5 buds should not count considering you sold within 2 weeks for 3.5 PURE. Selling a hat in 2 weeks for pure is a quick sale, dare i say "quciksale." It's not rocket science, thats what the unusual market is like...

Thank you, seems like he doesn't understand simple logic. Of course noone will pay 3 if a quicksale price of 2.5 is accepted...
Maybe two weeks ago the value was 3.5, but it isn't any more with multiple sellers at 3.
