Conclusion: Very rarely traded weapon. The market is full of killstreak/ parts. Both 24 and 23 are QS. This can go even higher.

I was actually checking through all pages for this item the other day. Only saw high end sellers, surprised the demand is back up again. Tho I believe I saw a few 24 sellers, perhaps a consv increase? ^^

More sales should be used here :)
