Well the pure b/o of that sale is 8.5 buds. Can't really value it 10 gent.

Additional support from a bulk sale compared to a pure sale. I think 8.5 - 10 would be unreasonable under these circumstances, hence I overlooked said B/O. Bulk sales are never concrete evidence.

Except, the Stash is likely to have skyrocketed, and even with the tree being ~6-ish, that sale's still worth 10+

Yup most likely an ouliter but it does show that 10 buds or more is possible. Hence justifying this raise.
