Current owner is trying to sell for 2 buds and I'm sure that'll go down well.
Just because it gold sold doesnt means it sold for its B/O. please provide us links showing the unusual history and the backpack befor and after of the buyer. This is your job to do it as the guy who opened this suggestion, not the job of the people who read and decide if to upvote ro downvote. its a downvote for me until you fix it.
If you actually bothered to check, both trades have offers of users paying their respective B/Os and owning the hats. His proof is fine.
Though personally, I'd resuggest at 0.8-1 Buds since the suggestion to make the buds worth 19-20 may be accepted and they wouldn't be worth just 19 keys.

If you suggest a range below 1 bud, doesn't it automatically convert it to keys?
Maybe that's changed but I remember that happening to me before.
