These trades can't be counted as proof since they aren't regular, they have killstreaks applied to them which makes the value differ from a regular one.

Also, you have no solds to prove why the price should go up and your price suggestion doesn't make any sense. One seller wants to sell his "Killstreak" Nessie's Nine Iron for 4 Ref while the second seller with the Professional Killstreak didn't put a specific price (please don't say the comments, those are people making up prices, item trading).
