Yes they do, its enforcing the 1.33 flat scenario, if he just had unsolds at 1.33 and 1.66, and wanted it to goto 1.33, it would probably get declined fairly quickly.

1.66 isn't selling - drop is very well needed

it is, 1.33 is a quicksell.

nothing proves 1.33 is a quicksell, and unless you have proof of 1.66 happening, then it should be out of range
