No, no, no. Last suggestion was flawed. Here is why:
-- Beware of wall of text. I have do it since i own one :L --
From the last suggestion, corrections in RED

Sold with a SF Black Box for an Aces BoA
http://gyazo.com/6bcfe6a8259c394df54573e76c7aa607
9.5 * 0.9 = 8.6 - 0.2 = 8.4 buds
TBH, I would treat this as more like ~7 buds since 3rd gens usually take at least 20-30% overpay. That isn't really allowed in the "rules" though...
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21579112
Sold for 6.5 buds
My purchase, I bought this as a quicksale, see my trade here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21394679
Sold for Vivid Pugilist + 5 buds pure + 4 keysbefore - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198000588960?time=1406271600
after - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198000588960?time=1406444400
1 * 0.9 = 0.9 + 5.2 = 6.2 buds
This is why using BP histories can be bad, it isn't correct.
I paid 5 buds + the pug = 6 buds I only paid 10 keys for the pug so this was a ~5.5 pure quickbuy.
This is another obvious quickbuy!

Sold for 5.5 budsTHIS IS A DUPE

So it was decent research, but inaccurate. You have 2 quickbuys at 5.5 buds and a DUPE sold for 5.5 buds. None of these can be used as proof.
So there are 6.5 pure and a ~7 to 8.4 bud sale. On to the market analysis to see what should be the true value!
Current market analysis:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21856234 - b/o: 7 bud (Clean)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21093782 - b/o: 8 buds (duped)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21664364 - No b/o, rejected 5 pure twice (clean)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21580728 - b/o 6 buds (gifted)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21601953 - Recently modified to be QSing for 5 + 15
(Likley duped, http://www.tf2items.com/item/684737919 no evidence rashianuu sold it and has a private BP and there are multiple scammers/hijackers listed on the history: http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,2821462669,378,5)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20153312 - No b/o, but allegedly has a 7 pure offer.
Seeing as there is a clean one (or two) available for 7, the 8.4 value of that sale is unlikely and it's more likely my theory the TC owner was taking more like 25% overpay for the Aces BOA, 6.5-7 is more accurate.
Edit: the BOA sale had a 8 bud B/O http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21584446. So that one can't be more than 8 anyway.
If I got offered 5 on my gifted one... It's a bit questionable that a clean one would be 5.5. I will note that the 7 bud trade that you're basing the high end on won't fly with bp.tf.
I think the seven bud high end could be said to be coming from the 7 bud B/O though :3
The BOA sale can't be valued more than 8 which was the B/O and current B/Os are 7 anyway so justifying +7 isn't really possible at this time.
You could call it an outlier or massive overpay, either way you want. The 5.5 is a quicksell price and should never have been allowed. I was amazed when I saw that got by...
Exactly what I said, the 5.5 was a quicksell. How do you know this is duped though (kabuto sale) - http://backpack.tf/item/803959412
I googled it. j/k :P
By using old school tf2items. http://www.tf2items.com/item/803959412 the tf2items warning is easier. When it shows a warning, you just need to see if they still have it or not. That's what I did and bingo. Two current owners.
The backpack.tf trigger works based on trade date and item number or something. So like if a hat is duped but the item ids don't get out of order the dupe warning doesn't show up. I asked Brad about it once. He said there wasn't much he could do. If you search the bug reports and my name it should show up.
I sold mine for a duped Green Energy Tyrant's Helm about a month ago, i added 7 keys. http://i.imgur.com/jPp98db.png
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21601953 - can't count this as "probably duped"
People will check on bp.tf histories and tf2items and see no evidence it is duped.
And there is nothing to support your high end of 7. Range is problematic here.
If it is or isn't duped, that one quick sold already anyway. The new owner is asking 6.5 to try to flip for the quick profit.
The 7 is supported by the BOA sale and current asking prices isn't it?
PS. I hate having to do suggestions like this, the previous suggestion should never have been accepted for the reasons I laid out and now way more scrutiny is applied to bring it back up to where it was. I would have preferred that the last suggestion failed as it should have and the price was left alone.
