    The 6 months old unsold link has a supposed C/O of 1.66 refined, I think the guy just doesn't want to sell it.

    edit: I said you needed more unsolds but looks like there are barely any on the market to begin with, making that impossible. Tentative upvote I guess.

      i don't suggest it as a random craft hat because its not a hat, so for safety i decided to put the 1.33 value instead

        "craft hat" is an umbrella term for any cosmetic that can be used in the "rebuild" recipe for hat crafting


        (generally these cosmetics are the cheapest usable ones, so not bill's hats/etc.)
