Hell no, the first one is painted Black, so of course it will sell for 3. the second one is just his buyout, doesn't mean he will sell it for that.

As indicated, sale at 3 here didn't actually sell for 3. And the b/o of 3 remains unsold. The value here is probably high. SCM value for this is around 2-2.5, and that's probably about right.
