http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20145432 - gets offered 1.5 pure with time. Most of these sales went fast. I have no doubt that if you left a trade up for a few weeks, it could get more, even in pure.

I think a range of ~1.1-1.5 would work. 1.1 pure sells in 1-2 days, 1.5 pure in a month.
