Why is 14.5 an outlier and 23.5 not? :3
23.5 took one and a half months to sell, and is MUCH more recent.
14.5 sold in a day, and the owner appears to believe the Flamenco is worth much more than it actually is.
Maybe outlier's not the right word, but 23.5 is definitely a more accurate representative value :3
