Price needs an update.

Classifieds at the time of suggesting:

0x at 0.33 ref

0x at 0.44 ref

1x at 0.55 ref

3x at 0.66 ref

and the rest is with parts, way above 1.33 ref

Steam Community Market:

Cheapest available is $0.15, while the weapon on its own should be $0.08. Any listings below $0.15 sell almost instantly.

NOTE:

It was rather difficult, getting proof using trade.tf, as the site shows so many quicksells of this strange on the SCM. 75% of the sales listed on trade.tf have been from the Community Market.

Another reason for the lack of proof is because there are hardly any clean S. Tribalman Shivs out there. Most of them have killstreaks or S. Parts.

CONCLUSION:

0.33 ref is sometimes a quicksell, sometimes not. SCM overprices this item, and we can clearly see sales for 0.44, 0.55 or even 0.66 ref on the Steam Community Market.

On bazaar.tf and TF2 Outpost, there are a lot of sellers with parts and Killstreaks applied, most clean sellers are selling for 0.66-1 ref, but we can find sellers for 0.33 ref and 0.44 ref.
