You need proof of people selling for 1.66, if you can't find any I'd suggest making it 2 flat.
Also I'm pretty sure you can get WAY more unsolds on outpost for a new item.
people are selling them @ classifieds from 1.44 to 2 ref or higher
You can't rely just on classifieds for proof since they change very often.
Go to outpost and bazaar and look for sellers at 1.66, if you can't find any you should do 2 flat
