Well this steel shako didnt have price befor and i think its time to finaly give it a real price cuse its very cool its not about the effect but its about the theme it looks like broken cap and there is a smoke like when car crashes there is a smoke... ;)

That's not how it works here. Just because in your opinion that its a great "theme" hat doesn't put a price on the item.
You need to show us proof/links of people's trades, trading this unusual hat (with the same effect) at your suggested price. Since this doesn't have a price, you need to provide us a link of this hat being sold at the price.
