Wanted to make a suggestion about that poor P.E. fishy too, but since it wasn't over 20 buds, one sale wasn't enough.
However, this is over 20 buds so 1 sale is enough. Also I doubt Martigan is gonna sell it any time soon.
He bought it for a scorching Stash?
Forgot to state the 1st sale.
Derr got the law for a scorching stash (33.5) , and the guy with the law added a stormy 13th hour rack (~10) which is probably a quickselling, seeing how much he got for the law.
Also, the unboxer didn't put it on outpost. I think he didn't really care about the value of his hat and he just wanted the stash, I guess.

No I did not. There is a pic of the trade. Well for the first trade the price cannot be determined really. The Rack is duped and now is a misc. Cannot price the rack correctly.
