SELLING
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21669558 - 2.8 bud
The first one is valid, even though he said it was a quicksell, it still took 2 weeks to sell it(probably more), wich is far from quick.
You need to calculate overpay on the second link, wich would be 2.8*0.9 = 2.52 and therefore you should round to 2.5.
The third looks fine to me.
You also need to calculate overpay for the fourth one, wich would give it a value at 1.6 Buds, wich probably is an outlier.
2-2.5 would be a better range.
Polar himself said to re-suggest at 2.2 - 2.8 so its fine.

Hmm...
Why would he suggest 2.8? He does need to calculate overpay right?
How do you want me to calculate overpay when the buyer paid less than the current going value of the hat in items?
Also, the first is technically a quicksell since the buyer made the offer within the day the trade was posted. Took 4 days to complete the transaction. the rules state to use your discretion to see if its a quicksale or not, i think it is since technically it was sold in a day, not to mention the fact that the seller himself mentioned it in the trade and he was selling for a substantially lower price.
Thats how it is? If the buyer paid less than the current price the hat is obviously overpriced.
Well yes, thats why the sugegstion is to lower the price. Am i missing something here?
That also means you need to calculate overpay, when making suggestion you are making it for the pure price estimation of the hat, that means that when a hat was in the sale, you apply overpay to that because pure>hats. The rule is that on backpack.tf overpay is approxmently 1 tenth of the price of the hat it was sold for.
